I’m 100% convinced this was a great buy. The quality felt really solid, and my order showed up with zero issues. No complaints at all

My return was accepted, but the refund didn’t show up until weeks later. I reached out about it and felt like nobody even read my message because the responses didn’t really address what I was asking. It eventually got sorted, but it took way longer than it should have.

I just wish there was more info about the ingredients listed. It’s kind of hard to know what you’re getting without clearer details.

I gave phermalabs.com a try after seeing a few reviews, and the smell was better than I expected. It’s nice and light, not overpowering, and it doesn’t have that harsh chemical vibe some similar products do.
The taste was just okay for me though. There’s a little bitterness at the end, and even though it fades fast, I still noticed it enough to feel kind of trapped between liking the scent and wishing the flavor was smoother. Shipping was fine, so I’d still give it 4 stars overall

I found phermalabs.com while trying to get a better price, because apparently paying full price is still a thing people do. They had a promo running, and the code actually worked at checkout, which was a nice change from the usual waste of time. Saved me a decent amount, and the site was straightforward too, nothing buried under a million confusing steps. I’d probably check them again next time I’m looking for a deal.

The package showed up clean and sturdy, and nothing inside was damaged or beat up. I’ll give them credit for that. I just felt a little misled based on what I was expecting, so while the packaging itself wasn’t an issue, the overall experience wasn’t quite what I thought it would be.

They did sort it out eventually, but it took way too much back and forth. I felt like I had to keep pushing and chasing them just to get it handled, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.

I’d probably give Pherma Labs 4 stars for communication. Overall, my gut feeling was that they had things under control, and most of the info they sent was clear enough that I wasn’t left wondering what was happening.

When I asked questions, they replied in a normal, straightforward way, which I appreciated. No big walls of text or confusing details, just the stuff I needed to know. Their emails were easy to follow too.
The only reason I wouldn’t go all the way to 5 stars is that one reply took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a major issue, but just based on my impression, they’d feel a lot more polished if the response time was a little quicker.

It was alright, nothing too crazy. I liked it okay and maybe I bought it again sometime, but I’m not fully decided yet.

Tried to pay and it failed twice. Somehow still got charged. Super annoying. No clear help, no real answers. Just a mess.

I ordered from phermalabs.com and, i’m happy with it. I know some people might nitpick, but for the price, I think it was fair compared to other places I looked at. The product was decent and did what I expected for the money. Shipping wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but it wasn’t a huge issue either. If the price stays around the same, I’d probably order again.

The subscription itself was fine, nothing amazing, but trying to cancel was way more annoying than it needed to be. Whoever runs this really needs to make that process clearer and easier.

I was really disappointed with how long the shipping took. The timing was bad because I needed it sooner, and it ended up arriving much later than expected...

They actually replied quickly and gave me a real answer instead of some generic copy-paste response. It got sorted without me having to follow up a bunch, which I really appreciated. Nice and easy experience overall, and I’d use them again.

I was able to get on the website and find the basic info I needed, but it wasn’t as smooth as I expected. A few pages loaded slowly, and I had to click around more than I should have just to figure things out. The menu could definitely be clearer, especially if you’re trying to place an order quickly. It’s not a terrible site, but it could use some cleanup. Since the process ended up taking extra time and was more frustrating than expected, I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or courtesy discount.
